Uncapped paid monthly ROLE:
The first three months you will operate in more of a sales support role, learning the company, the freight services they offer, dealing with and understanding the client pricing, providing quotes and getting a real feel for the company, how they operate and the freight services they offer clients. Once you have a deep understanding of the organisation then you will begin to sell.
However if you are ready prior to 3 months you can sell. The role will then entail generating your own sales leads, you will also be given leads as well, making outbound telesales calls, cold and warm calling and closing the deals yourself. You will be selling the companies freight forwarding and transport services, same day, next day parcel and large pallet deliveries.
The role will also entail taking bookings, dealing with inbound emails, sending emails and inputting accurate data onto the system. The role will involve the direct communication with customers via phone primarily and email, along with chasing feedback on quotations and maintaining customer contact. Aiding in the preparation of sales tenders or sales marketing documentation to be sent to clients.
Perform any additional responsibilities as reasonably necessary for the role of Sales Support as dictated by the Manager. Experience required:
Telesales experience within a fast-paced office environment or account management experience or a real desire to get into sales. Generating leads, cold calling and closing deals An excellent telephone manner & experience of taking inbound and making outbound calls Excellent attention to detail. MS Office:
Word, Excel, Adobe. Managing various tasks concurrently and prioritising a demanding workload. Adapting at collaborative teamwork and capable of working both independently and within a team with minimal supervision
