To strengthen our M2U Production Engineering team, we are looking for a

Production Engineer Aseptic Processes

You will support our aseptic production by coordinating maintenance, solving technical issues, improving equipment and acting as the technical partner for our Value Streams.

• Act as the technical link between the Value Streams and M2U
• Plan and coordinate maintenance shutdowns
• Support daily operations through troubleshooting
• Improve and adjust equipment while ensuring GMP compliance
• Coordinate suppliers and internal partners during breakdowns
• Work on deviations, SQUIPP and CAPA actions
• Lead small investment projects in plant engineering
• Support project management on maintenance topics
• Cover for other plant engineers and join the on-call service
• Act as technical SME and support operational readiness
• Contribute to plant and process safety

• Technical engineering degree or similar technical training
• Experience in maintenance, production engineering or technical projects in a GMP environment
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and plant maintenance
• Confident in troubleshooting complex equipment
• Able to lead situationally and work well across functions
• Structured, reliable and hands‑on
• Fluent in German and English
