Mediclinic Group seeks an experienced intensiv care professional to join our team at Hirslanden Klinik Beau-Site, Bern. The role supports patient care, documentation, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

• Provide professional intensive care treatment and monitoring of patients on the IPS.
• Actively support smooth processes on the IPS while adhering to quality standards.
• Ensure comprehensive and detailed documentation and responsibility for accurate execution of medical orders.
• Promote interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure optimal patient care.
• Co-mentor students and interns.

• Dipl. Expert/-in Intensivpflege NDS HF or experience as Dipl. Pflegefachkraft HF on IPS/IMC.
• Handle challenging situations constructively and maintain planning overview.
• Good German language skills in spoken and written.
• Resilient, responsible, and high customer orientation.
