For a Swiss Tech company we looking a network engineer position for a 7 months mandate, with the possibility to be extended.

As a Network and Datacenter Consultant, you will advise clients on complex network and datacenter solutions, develop tailored concepts, and implement these solutions independently. With your extensive experience in Cisco Enterprise / Provider Networks, you will translate client requirements into efficient, secure network architectures. You will work closely with clients, understand their needs, and offer solutions based on high availability and security standards.

• Educational Background :
  Technical degree (FH / ETH / Uni / HF) or equivalent practical experience in network technology.
• Certifications :
  Cisco certifications at the Professional / Expert level (CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent).

• Technical Experience :
  Several years of broad experience in the architecture, design, and implementation of secure and highly available networks in the Cisco Enterprise / Provider domain.
• Expert Knowledge in Network Engineering :
  Deep knowledge of areas such as QoS, MPLS, Segment Routing, FlexVPN, and IPv

• Analytical Skills :
  Ability to analyze and optimize complex network infrastructures.

• Automation Experience :
  Practical knowledge of automation tools and scripting languages such as Python and Ansible.
• Communication Skills :
  Strong customer orientation and ability to communicate solutions effectively.
• Language Skills :
  Proficiency in German (spoken and written); knowledge of English and French is an asset.
