SAP Project Manager

Are you an experienced SAP Team Lead ready to lead in a global enterprise environment?

We’re hiring a SAP Team Lead (f / m) to oversee and optimize SAP SCM solutions at the Group Level for a leading organization in Switzerland.

• You’ll be the go-to expert for SAP SCM solutions in a dynamic, multinational company.
• Lead a team of SAP Consultants and drive digital transformation at the core of operations.
• Own project delivery—ensuring efficiency, standardization, and minimal custom development.
• Work closely with business leaders to translate requirements into functional specifications.
• Contribute to a lean and standardized system architecture with SAP as the digital backbone.

• Lead a team of 6-7 SAP Consultants across WM / EWM, MM, PP, QM, and LE-TRA.
• Oversee the successful delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources when acting as project lead.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional specifications.
• Drive standardization, minimizing local developments and ensuring compliance with global solutions.
• Identify risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
• Design, customize, configure, and test SAP SCM-related topics.
• Proactively suggest business process and system enhancements.
• Facilitate workshops to gather and refine business requirements.

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or Business Administration.
• 10+ years of experience as an in-house SAP consultant in at least two of the following modules : WM / EWM, PP, QM, MM-PUR, LE-TRA.
• 3+ years of leadership experience or a similar role.
• Strong ability to simplify complex concepts and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience working in global teams within an international environment.
• Fluent English is required;
  German is a plus.
• Highly organized, goal-oriented, and proactive.
• Strong communicator, assertive, and team-driven.

• Experience in large-scale digital transformation projects.
• Knowledge of additional SAP modules or related technologies.
