Job Description

We are looking for a very energetic, hardworking, reliable and efficient Operation Specialist.

We need a professional and detail-oriented person with a sense of priorities and motivation. Our large inventory requires a lot of time and commitment. It is the heart of our shop! We receive large deliveries of different garments twice a week and have to label, organise and recognise them very efficiently and quickly.

• Be aware of what happens in the shop every day and how your work affects shop sales.
• Take care of the stock by organising and managing it efficiently.
• Be actively involved in deliveries and ensure that new stock can be replenished in the shop before the shop opens.
• Continually develop knowledge of stock and promotions throughout the shop.
• Manage the administrative tasks.
• Organises and coordinates the entire team and delivery day.
• Responsible for all hourly reordering that needs to be done in the shop each day.
• Train all team members on proper stock management and encourage them to respect the work and keep it clean and tidy.
• Coordinate with managers all main tasks required in the shop: all types of deliveries, changes in the shop, stock levels, sales preparations and special events.
