• Initiatesoutboundsalescallsandrespondstoincomingcallsandinquiries,including follow-up,sending out materials and obtaining and evaluating background information.

• Participatesinprofessionalorganizationsandactivitiestoexpandnetworkofbusinesscontacts.

• Establishes and maintains a prospect database.

• Worksindependentlyinsourcinganddevelopingnewclientrelationshipstoenablefinancialadvisorsto meet sales goals.

• Assistsindevelopingproductorientedpositioningdocuments,product profiles,competitiveanalysisand othercontentforwebsites,marketingmaterialsandseminars.

• Gathers,analyzes,interpretsanddistributesinformationonsalestrends,productdemandand marketing strategies for assigned products.

• Supportsmarketingprogramsandassistsothersindevelopingaclear,compellinganddifferentiated message and position for assigned products.

• Participatesinadvisorandclientseminars,product roadshows,branch presentations,conference calls, pointofsalesupport,andothersalesfunctionsonbehalfofthefinancialadvisors.

• Executesbusinessdevelopmentstrategiesonbehalfofthebranch.

• Gathersinformationanddataonprospectstobeusedinthesalesprocess.

• Follows-upwithfinancialadvisorstoensurehighqualityservicedelivery.

• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree and three years’ experience in the financial services industry, preferably including related experience in marketing or sales in a financial planning, investment management or other financial services environment
