As a Security Officer Full Time Visitor Services in Beverly Hills, CA
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a commercial real estate location, you will greet visitors, manage access, monitor entry activity, and provide outstanding customer service. You will serve as a welcoming, visible presence while helping address security-related concerns and supporting a professional environment.

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors at a commercial real estate front desk by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Monitor access to the property by greeting visitors, verifying identification and/or credentials, managing visitor registration, and directing guests according to site requirements.
• Answer incoming calls, provide information and directions, receive deliveries, and maintain accurate visitor, package, and incident-related records.
• Monitor security-related systems, alarms, and communications equipment from the front desk and promptly report irregularities to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner while following established emergency response procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
