This position is Monday - Friday / 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.
Pay Range: $36.00 - $40.00p/h
Summary/ObjectiveWe are seeking an experienced CMM Programmer to support precision manufacturing and quality inspection operations. This role is responsible for developing and troubleshooting CMM and vision-system programs, performing precision inspections, and supporting new product development and metrology initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Create, validate, and troubleshoot CMM and vision-system programs
- Interpret engineering drawings and apply advanced GD&T and metrology principles
- Perform precision inspections, critical measurements, and First Article Inspections (FAIs)
- Work closely with Quality Engineering to ensure accurate inspection programs and setups
- Support tooling, fixtures, gauges, and continuous improvement projects
- Provide inspection support across departments and train inspectors and technicians
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6+ years of manufacturing experience involving mechanical inspection of precision parts
- 6+ years working with inspection equipment and measurement tools
- 4+ years of advanced CMM programming experience
- 4+ years of advanced vision-system programming experience
- Strong knowledge of GD&T and precision metrology
