Join Our Team as a Support Worker – Make a Difference Every Day!

Position: Support Worker
Location: Bexhill-on-Sea
Contract Type: Part-time

Shifts: Day shifts (10am-4pm / 12pm-4pm) - weekdays and weekends

About the Role

We’re looking for a Support Worker to support our brand new young client in Bexhill-on-Sea. Our client has needs such as autism and challenging behaviour. This role offers a unique opportunity to help our young client thrive both at home and in the community. All of the shifts are double up shifts (two support workers on shift together).

We are looking for a driver with a car, to enable the client to access the community.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Support the client with personal care, medication, and daily activities.

  • Supporting the client with moving and handling

  • Provide guidance in managing challenging behaviors and build a trusting, positive rapport.

  • Drive the client to exciting community outings

  • Work alongside another support worker during each shift for team-based support
