Our flagship property,

, is a 221‑bedroom historic hotel with original architecture, a Great Hall featuring deep armchairs, and overlooking acres of classic parkland. We need a reliable and hardworking team member to keep the property in top condition.

Pay
:
Up to £12.21 per hour depending on age.

As a member of the Maintenance department you will collaborate with the Maintenance Team Leader and play a fundamental part in delivering high‑quality service for guests throughout their stay. You will perform essential maintenance repairs and minor works, ensuring all areas of the hotel are fully functioning and meet safety standards.

• Experience as a maintenance technician is advantageous but not essential – a willingness to learn is key.
• Detail‑oriented painter and decorator capable of completing internal and external painting, surface preparation, and minor repairs.
• Ability to work independently to keep the building in top shape.
• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and door‑lock equipment.
• Guest‑focused with a positive, problem‑solving attitude.
• Team player who supports colleagues when needed.

• Preparedness to learn maintenance across a large hotel.
