We are seeking a meticulous and organised Credit Control Manager to join a thriving retail company within the Accounting & Finance department. This temporary role is based in Erith and involves overseeing credit control functions to ensure efficient financial operations.

• Manage and oversee the credit control process, ensuring timely collection of outstanding balances.
• Monitor customer accounts to identify and address overdue payments.
• Communicate effectively with clients to resolve payment issues and maintain positive relationships.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address queries related to invoices and payments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Implement and recommend improvements to credit control processes and procedures.
• Provide support to the Accountancy & Finance department as required.

• Salary £50k-£55k
