HR Manager

Location: Erith

Were partnering with a leading educational body in Hampshire , who are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join their team on a permanent basis . In this role, youll take HR responsibility for two secondary schools and play a key part in managing an expanding portfolio. This full-time position offers a salary of £40,000 to £44,000 per annum (dependent on experience).

Interviews will be held before Christmas with a start date in the new year , subject to notice. Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Leading and guiding HR Officers at both secondary schools Overseeing and ensuring accurate HR administration, including recruitment, onboarding, and absence management Monitoring and quality-assuring HR processes carried out by school-based HR Officers Providing guidance and supporting school leadership and administrative staff Acting as a trusted advisor for HR-related matters and coaching on best practices Developing and implementing mentoring programs to build capability within teams Encouraging continuous learning by identifying training needs and facilitating skill enhancement Experience required:
Experience required in Education Experience line managing Skills, knowledge and expertise required: ER Trade union liaising Rewards and Benefits:
Local Government pension scheme 30 days AL  bank holidays Parking Social events CPD Working hours : 36 hours per week Monday Friday, 9am-5pm - cands must be flexible to take meetings outside teaching hours Please note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.
