Whats the role about? You will be closely monitoring and occasionally working hands on with the entire production process. Youll need to be a proven leader and have experience managing up to 30 people at a time. Day-to-day youll be involved in:
Supervising operators to ensure smooth production processes When required carry out operator responsibilities Ensure health and safety policies are being followed Optimise equipment utilisation and work patterns to increase productivity Why join? What do you need? This is a Supervisor role, so you will need to have had experience in supervising large teams of up to 30 people.
