This opportunity is for a Food Quality Supervisor at a well-established food distribution company based in the UK. The role is part of the Quality Assurance team in a manufacturing environment.

Southwest London (accessible via M25 and southeastern rail)

Hours
: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

• Control labelling system, ensuring compliance with HACCP, hygiene codes and quality documentation.
• Prepare NCN and foreign body records.
• Manage technical equipment stock and quality.
• Maintain traceability documentation (mass balance, supporting documentation, etc.).
• Report on quality system performance to all levels.
• Collect samples and prepare laboratory paperwork.
• Support auditing of equipment, environment, and fabrication.
• Handle customer and supplier communication (customers include supermarkets & restaurants).
• Supervise the QA team, deputise for QM when absent, and assist QM.
• Conduct production line and QA inspection checks.
• Control health and safety for all QA staff.

• Minimum 3 years in a supervisor role in a similar position (food industry ideal).
• Technical background desirable.
• Fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese (ideal); other languages are a bonus.
