Job Role - Sales Executive - IT Service/SaaS/ Web Development/ Cybersecurity
Experience - 0 to 10 Years

Job Summary We are looking for dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executives to drive business growth for our IT services, SaaS products, Web Development, and Cybersecurity solutions. This role is open to junior to senior-level professionals who are passionate about technology sales and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
For All Levels (0–10 Years)  Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound and inbound channels
Promote and sell IT services, SaaS solutions, web development, and cybersecurity offerings
Understand client business needs and recommend appropriate technology solutions
Prepare proposals, presentations, pricing, and sales documentation
Manage leads, follow-ups, and sales pipeline using CRM tools
Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
Coordinate with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams for successful deal closure

Additional Responsibilities for Senior Profiles (4–10 Years)  Lead end-to-end sales cycles for mid to large-size deals
Drive enterprise and cybersecurity solution sales (VAPT, SOC, cloud security, compliance, etc.)
Build and manage key accounts and long-term client relationships
Develop and execute strategic sales plans and forecasts
Mentor junior sales team members and support performance improvement
Handle RFPs, negotiations, and contract closures

Required

Skills & Qualifications  0–10 years of experience in IT Sales, SaaS, Web Development, or Cybersecurity sales
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to understand technology solutions and translate them into business value
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Goal-driven mindset with a strong track record of sales success (for experienced candidates)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Preferred / Added Advantage  Experience selling cybersecurity solutions or enterprise IT services
Knowledge of cloud platforms, digital transformation, or compliance frameworks

Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Hub Spot, or Zoho
Exposure to domestic and international B2B sales
