Role

Summary:

Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the development team, translating customer requirements into user stories and product backlog items.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather, document, and refine business and functional requirements.
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and maintain product backlog.
- Collaborate with UX/UI, frontend, and backend teams to align features with Kentico capabilities.
- Participate in sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives.
- Validate deliverables against business goals and Kentico features.

Required Skills:

- 5+ years in BA/PO role, preferably in CMS or DXP projects.
- Strong understanding of Kentico CMS features, modules, and personalization.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
