Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced  Maintenance Manager  for our  Solar Manufacturing facility  to lead and manage all  mechanical and electrical maintenance activities . The role ensures maximum equipment uptime, safe operations, cost-effective maintenance practices, and continuous improvement across production lines.

Key Responsibilities
Maintenance & Operations
Plan, lead, and execute  preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance  for all manufacturing equipment.
Oversee  mechanical systems  (gearboxes, conveyors, pumps, compressors, hydraulics, pneumatics).
Oversee  electrical systems  (HT/LT panels, MCCs, VFDs, PLCs, sensors, drives, motors).
Ensure high  OEE and equipment availability  to meet production targets.
Troubleshoot complex  electro-mechanical issues  on automated solar manufacturing lines.
Team Leadership
Lead and mentor a team of  mechanical, electrical, and automation technicians .
Allocate manpower efficiently across shifts.
Conduct skill development and technical training programs.
Planning & Budgeting
Develop  annual maintenance plans and budgets .
Control maintenance costs, spares inventory, and vendor contracts.
Manage  AMC/CMC  with OEMs and service providers.
Safety & Compliance
Ensure compliance with  EHS, statutory, and electrical safety standards .
Implement  LOTO, TPM, 5S, and safety audits .
Ensure adherence to ISO standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001).
Continuous Improvement
Drive  TPM, Kaizen, and root cause analysis (RCA)  initiatives.
Support new equipment installation, commissioning, and ramp-up.
Improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime through data-driven analysis.

Key Skills & Competencies
Strong expertise in  both Mechanical & Electrical maintenance .
Hands-on experience with  PLC (Siemens/Allen Bradley), VFDs, servo drives .
Knowledge of  solar module/cell manufacturing equipment  (preferred).
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.

Educational Qualification
B.E./B.Tech / Diploma  in  Mechanical,EE,EEE,ECE or Mechatronics Engineering .

Preferred Industry Experience
Solar Manufacturing (Modules / Cells)
Semiconductor, Electronics, Automotive, or High-speed Automation Industries
