We’re Hiring | Senior Leadership Role – Operational Excellence & Plant Performance
Jindal Stainless Limited (JSL) is looking to onboard a  Head - Operational Excellence & Plant Performance  to strengthen execution rigor, drive continuous improvement, and embed best-in-class operational practices across the business verticals.

Role highlights:

• Full-time role , based out of  Jajpur

• Opportunity to lead large-scale transformation, productivity improvement, and capability building initiatives in a complex manufacturing environment
Who should apply:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Metallurgy/ Mechanical/ Production/ related field) from a reputed university. A master’s degree in management/ Operations/ Industrial Engineering will be an added advantage.
Senior professionals with 22+ years of experience and strong exposure to operational excellence frameworks, process transformation, productivity improvement, and cross-functional stakeholder management in steel making / manufacturing.
