I have an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager to join an award winning house builder, working on a new build scheme in Bicester, Oxford.

The company have been around for approximately 20 years, and during this time they have evolved into one of the leading house builders in the Country, with regional offices across the South East of England.

Their developments range from large family homes and luxury houses for growing families to city centre apartments. They are quality focused and are recognised as one of the leading, most trusted provider of quality homes throughout the UK.

They are looking for an Assistant Site Manager to support the Senior Site Manager on a project in Bicester that comprises 71 new build houses and flats. The units are built with timber frame and the project runs until August next year. They are looking for somebody that has a couple of years’ experience, ideally for a Main Contractor that specialise in house building, and somebody that is enthusiastic to learn and develop their career.

Experience:

• 2 years’ + experience working for a reputable Main Contractor or Residential Developer
• Experience working on new build residential schemes
• Enthusiastic to learn, develop and progress up the ranks
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
• Able to commute to Bicester, Oxford on a daily basis
