We have a fantastic opportunity for a Bank Healthcare Assistant to join the team at HMP Bullingdon - a Category B male remand and resettlement prison near Bicester.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join the team, and work in a varied environment, where you will gain experience across all pathways - primary care, mental health and substance misuse including emergency response, working on the wings, clinics, health promotion, and more! No two days are the same in this challenging, yet rewarding and supportive environment.
HoursThis role is bank. On bank the maximum hours you are allowed to work is 22.5 per week or 90 hours per month. Shift patterns are 07:30-17:30, 07:30-19:30, 19:30-07:30.
SalaryThis role is Bank – £15.80 per hour.

Qualifications required- NVQ level 2/3 or equivalent in Health and Social Care.
- A non-judgmental and compassionate approach.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good IT skills and IT literacy.
- Ability to work within a busy environment.
- Ability to work unsupervised whilst following policy and procedures.
