Muse II (Sales/Stock Associate) – KS UK Bicester (22.5–37 Hours)

The role is with Kate Spade New York, a member of the Tapestry family, located in Bicester, UK.

Primary Purpose

The Muse contributes to achieving store goals in sales, productivity, and service by utilizing Kate Spade selling skills and service training. You will be responsible for meeting personal sales and productivity goals, delivering service that meets or exceeds expectations, representing Kate Spade to the consumer, acting as an ambassador of the brand, and ensuring customers' needs are consistently exceeded.

Responsibilities
  • Understand how individual productivity impacts the store.
  • Behave like a brand ambassador.
  • Model sales behaviours taught in company sales training programs.
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor.
  • Consistently achieve sales goals.
  • Work with multiple customers simultaneously.
  • Anticipate and meet customers’ needs.
  • Provide service to all customers according to the Kate Spade Approach standards.
  • Participate as a team member and encourage the team to meet and exceed performance standards.
  • Champion company initiatives and support management decisions.
  • Demonstrate professional ethics.
Qualifications
  • Very good English proficiency (essential).
  • Previous experience in a retail service environment (essential).
  • Background in luxury retail (desirable).
  • Effective communication with customers and staff and the ability to manage the sales floor.
