As a Stockroom Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the stockroom and maintaining the first‑class experience that our stores are known for.

• Process deliveries, transfers, and other stock-related duties accurately.
• Accept incoming deliveries onto the system and complete transfers with the Stockroom Manager’s approval.
• Organise stock in the stockroom and use initiative to improve stock management processes.
• Maintain general standards of the stockroom and shop‑floor replenishment in line with brand expectations.
• Ensure shop‑floor replenishment is completed correctly and in a timely fashion.
• Contribute to SKU accuracy and perform stock takes.

• Previous track record within hospitality or retail.
• Experience handling stock.
• Effective communicator who can build relationships with ease.
• Ability to multitask and work with a high degree of accuracy.
• Team player who recognises and celebrates contributions and achievements of others.
• Ability to adapt quickly to change and work at pace.
• Energetic and authentic, showing a clear presence on the shop floor.
• Adopts a ‘can‑do’ attitude and acts with initiative to find in‑store solutions.
