This new role is responsible for all aspects of Asset and Profit Protection, Safety and Security of all company assets, property and personnel at the flagship Global HQ.

• Provide a high standard of Asset and Profit Protection, Safety and Security within the Flagship Global HQ, including rotational shift duties.
• Understand the business to ensure services reflect business needs and constantly strive to enhance them.
• Carry out Asset and Profit Protection duties such as thorough patrols of the building, Front Entrance s, Goods In duties, Loading Bay access control and Control Room duties to minimise risks.
• Maintain excellent personal presentation and comply with the uniform standard.
• Apply the Health and Safety policy, site evacuation and disaster management processes, including incident reporting and escalation, and support line management as required.
• Operate the Access Control and Photo m/administration to provide an efficient service to all Horseferry House personnel and contractors.
• Investigate all Asset and Profit Protection related matters following approved procedures for securing and gathering evidence.
• Complete any other Asset and Profit Protection tasks as required by the business.

• First Aid at work qualification.
• Fire safety qualification.
• GCSE standard or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Asset and Profit Protection in a corporate environment (control room, goods in, loading bay, front entrance).
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Proven communication skills and ability to demonstrate high confidentiality.
• Understanding of physical security equipment.
• Problem‑solving ability.
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal skills and a proactive, team‑player attitude.
• Assertive, decisive, flexible (rotational shifts) and a confident, customer‑focused Can‑Do attitude.
