We are looking for a Swimming Teacher to promote our Swimming Lesson brand, deliver engaging swimming lessons to all ages and abilities and provide exceptional customer service standards.

• Ensure the successful delivery of the Learn to Swim programme in line with company policy and Swim England Learn to Swim framework.
• Teach customers of varying age and ability as per the Swim England’s Learn to Swim framework and complete all necessary administration.
• Ensure teaching, customer care and health and safety standards are maintained in line with company policy.
• Maximise the retention of swimming lessons participants through quality standards, motivation and customer care.
• Maintain strong communication links between yourself, the swim manager, reception, and duty management.
• Deal with customer enquiries, feedback and concerns.

• Hold an SEQ Level 2 Swimming Teaching qualification or equivalent; SEQ Level 1 Assistant Teaching qualification holders considered.
• Desirable NRASTC or NPLQ qualification, but full training will be provided.
• Successful applications will receive a DBS check.
• Excellent communication skills with children and adults in a teaching setting.
• Ability to gain acceptance and respect from colleagues and customers.
• Capability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues and teachers.
• Fluency to accommodate flexible working hours when required.
• Passion for continuously improving the swim lesson programme and service.
