As an ICT System Engineer in the SaaS & End User Computing team, you play a key role ensuring the availability, reliability, and performance of our services. You will implement, configure, maintain, test, document, and support solutions while working closely with senior engineers and architects. You will provide 3rd level support and assist companies across the Swatch Group, performing problem analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause investigation to deliver robust solutions.

• Assisting in design, setup, maintenance, migration, and support of End User Computing infrastructure (Windows and macOS workstations and laptops, iOS/iPadOS, Android mobile devices, VDI, and SaaS workplace services)
• Supporting device lifecycle management (provisioning, Autopilot/Zero‑Touch, patch management, asset management)
• Applying security and compliance baselines and assisting in endpoint protection through Intune and related solutions
• Monitoring systems and escalating or resolving incidents as appropriate
• Maintaining and updating documentation and operational procedures
• Participating in Incident, Change, and Problem Management activities following ITIL processes
• Supporting Microsoft 365 workplace services (Intune, Entra , Windows 365, Autopilot, SharePoint/One Drive, Teams – from an endpoint and end‑user perspective)
• Providing second and third level support for EUC environments
• Collaborating closely with other engineers and acting as a backup where needed
• Participating in on‑call duties as part of a rotation

• Good technical knowledge of Microsoft technologies and infrastructure services
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, One Drive) from a workplace perspective
• Hands‑on experience with Intune, Entra , Autopilot, Windows 365, or other Microsoft workplace products
• Knowledge of ITIL framework (Incident, Change, and Problem Management)

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or ES degree or equivalent in computer science
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in an equivalent position
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSA, MD‑102, or equivalent) are an asset

• Fluent in French (spoken and written) and excellent knowledge in English
• Any other languages are welcome
