After Sales Administrator – 12 months FTC

Location:

Biggleswade (Liebherr‑Great Britain Ltd.)

A 12‑month fixed term contract has arisen within our LWE Mobile and Crawler Crane department. The role focuses on ensuring maximum commercial recovery from service engineers’ times, minimizing work‑in‑progress stock levels, and maintaining administrative procedures in line with the Company’s key result areas:
Business Performance, Customer Focus, People and Teamwork, and Leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Taking calls from customers and liaising with service engineers, the Mobile Crane sales and after‑sales team, and other company personnel.
  • Constructing internal and external invoices using supplied information.
  • Inputting engineers’ times to build cost bases for invoices and payroll.
  • Creating and maintaining machine files, collating data, and ensuring machine records are organised and disciplined.
  • Identifying and implementing improvements to the after‑sales administration process.
  • Collating information sufficient to support internal or external invoices.
  • Communicating in a manner that supports the strength of the Crane After‑Sales team, Liebherr‑Great Britain Ltd, and the Group.
  • Undertaking some or all of the duties of other personnel in their absence as required.
Qualifications
  • Experience or familiarity with customer service and service engineering communication.
  • Basic accounting and invoicing skills.
  • Strong organisational and record‑keeping abilities.
  • Problem‑solving skills and a proactive attitude toward process improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
