We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This pivotal role is dedicated to attracting the best talent across all levels and geographies, leading end‑to‑end recruitment processes on an international scale, and partnering closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand strategic needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.

• Develop and execute strategic hiring for senior and specialised roles across multiple markets.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record recruiting across all organisational levels, including senior leadership roles.
• Hands‑on experience with ATS and sourcing tools such as Linked In Recruiter.
• Strong direct sourcing skills and ability to engage passive candidates.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and database applications.
• Solid understanding of HR best practices and metrics.

• English – native or proficient (mandatory).
• Additional languages, such as French, German, or Spanish, highly valued.
• Experience with ATS.
• Experience supporting a multi‑site environment with multiple business units and managers.
• Background in logistics or transportation industry in a recruiter or HR generalist role.
