This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Biggleswade for a Branch Manager. The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations, manage a team of staff, develop and maintain relationships with customers, and ensure that the branch meets both sales and service objectives. Responsibilities also include inventory management, team leadership, and implementing customer‑centric strategies to drive business growth.

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience in sales, inventory management, and customer service
• Knowledge of the electrical materials industry is highly beneficial
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyse and strategise for sales growth and operational improvement
• Problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
• Previous experience in branch or team management is an advantage
