In this role you will split your time between residential surveys, valuations and / or project-related work, site visits, and office-based reporting. Hybrid working is available, and you will benefit from shadowing, cross-team development and specialist training with the opportunity to progress based on performance.
This role is ideal for a surveyor with at least one year of experience in residential surveys, valuations, or project related work who is looking to broaden their expertise.

The Role :- Conducting residential surveys, homebuyer reports and / or valuation tasks
- Supporting project administration on residential refurbishment schemes
- Attending site meetings and carrying out regular site inspections
- Producing accurate, high-quality reports (supported by in-house typists)
- Managing workload independently while working collaboratively with the wider team
- Previous experience in surveying (residential, valuations, or project-focused)
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
- Organised, proactive and confident communicator
- Keen to learn, grow and progress within a developing firm
