Billericay & Surrounding Areas (Office and Site-Based)

£30,000 - £50,000 + Training + Progression + Petrol & Travel expenses covered + 23 days holidays + bank holidays (increasing with service) + Commission Opportunities + Pension

In this role you will split your time between residential surveys, valuations and / or project-related work, site visits, and office-based reporting. Hybrid working is available, and you will benefit from shadowing, cross-team development and specialist training with the opportunity to progress based on performance.

This role is ideal for a surveyor with at least one year of experience in residential surveys, valuations, or project related work who is looking to broaden their expertise.

The Role :
  • Conducting residential surveys, homebuyer reports and / or valuation tasks
  • Supporting project administration on residential refurbishment schemes
  • Attending site meetings and carrying out regular site inspections
  • Producing accurate, high-quality reports (supported by in-house typists)
  • Managing workload independently while working collaboratively with the wider team
The Person :
  • Previous experience in surveying (residential, valuations, or project-focused)
  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
  • Organised, proactive and confident communicator
  • Keen to learn, grow and progress within a developing firm
