Senior Building Surveyor
Location:
Billericay (Hybrid considered depending on experience)
Salary: £50,000 - £80,000 (DOE) + Expenses Paid
Start: ASAP
Benefits: 23 days annual leave + bank holidays, pension (details TBC)
About the Role- Residential Valuations
- Home Buyer & Defects Reports
- Planned Maintenance Programmes
- Project work and contract administration opportunities
- Managing and progressing a busy pipeline of instructions with a high level of autonomy
- Providing technical input and support within the wider team where required
- Ideally Assoc
RICS or MRICS (or working towards), with strong relevant experience considered - Experienced in residential building surveying (typically 3+ years)
- Confident working independently and managing workload with minimal supervision
- Comfortable travelling for surveys (must have own car)
- Professional, reliable, and confident in a client-facing role
- Competitive salary up to £80,000 for the right candidate
- Hybrid working available for those with proven capability
- All work-related expenses paid
- Supportive team environment with an immediate and established workload
