Quantity Surveyor

Our client, a leading E&I contractor, is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial delivery of industrial construction projects. This role involves managing progress claims, drawing take-offs, risk assessments, variation orders, and ensuring strong contract performance across all phases of delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage monthly applications for payment.
• Take-off construction drawings and monitor variations.
• Support contract reviews and progress reports.
• Analyse earned value and forecast project performance.
• Ensure claims and early warnings are submitted appropriately.

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in E&I contracting.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC, ICE, or NEC contracts.
• Commercially astute with strong reporting and communication skills.
