My client is a growing force in the construction industry. They’re proud to lead with innovation, quality, and a focus on safety through multi-discipline access services and award-winning products through their Hire and Sales business.

Role Overview
As a Marketing Co-ordinator with in-house experience. You will work directly with the Sales & Marketing Director to help deliver impactful marketing that drives brand consistency across the group and fuels impact and growth across the group.

This is a hands-on, fully rounded marketing role – perfect for someone looking to broaden their skills and make a visible impact in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver day-to-day marketing activity across digital, print, and trade channels

* Support eCommerce growth through product launches, content, and promotions

* Manage website content and structure with SEO best practices in mind

* Liase with our outsourced agency partners

* Co-ordinate marketing materials and liaise with suppliers and internal teams

* Support email marketing, including customer segmentation and automation

* Help track and report on marketing performance across all touchpoints

* Ensure consistent use of brand guidelines across all campaigns and materials

* Assist with the launch of our eCommerce store

To be considered for this role, you will have:

* Demonstrable in-house marketing experience, ideally in an eCommerce or product-led business

* Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals (SEO, social, email)

* Organised and detail-focused with strong written skills

* Comfortable using tools like Word Press, Canva, Google Analytics and Hubspot

* Positive attitude, eager to learn, and up for a challenge

* Graphic design, video editing, or basic HTML/CSS skills a plus
