Disco Support Volunteer – Creative Support

We are looking for volunteers to help us run our weekly disco in Stockton‑on‑Tees. Volunteering with Creative Support is a great way to enrich the lives of people with support needs while helping our staff deliver person‑centred services.

Location: Stockton‑on‑Tees, County Durham – The Oxbridge

Schedule: Tuesdays, 6:30‑9:00 pm (part‑time)

Volunteer Duties:

• Set up the room in advance, moving tables and chairs if necessary.
• Sell tickets at the door.
• Run the tuck shop and hand out refreshments.
• Be enthusiastic and welcoming, encouraging people we support to dance.
• Report any safeguarding concerns to Creative Support staff.
• Understand and work within Creative Support policies and procedures, respecting boundaries.
• Attend regular supervision and complete any training provided.
