Warehouse Team Leader

Position: Warehouse Team Leader

Location: Wynyard, United Kingdom

We are looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to join our team in Wynyard. The purpose of the role is to lead operational teams to deliver operational objectives in all areas of the warehouse.

This is a full-time, permanent position working on a 4 on 4 shift pattern rotation of days & nights (6am to 6pm & 6pm to 6am).

Salary: £31,374 per annum

• Proactively takes accountability for achieving & exceeding customer requirements, driving tasks through to completion.

• Monitor and motivate Warehouse Operatives performance promoting a good team spirit.
• Positively supporting and confidently communicating all decisions made by management.

• Experience leading a team of warehouse colleagues within a large, fast paced warehouse environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong IT skills, including warehouse systems and Microsoft Office.
