Here at GXO, we are currently on the search for a Warehouse Team Leader to join our team in Wynyard. The purpose of the role is to lead operational teams to deliver operational objectives in all areas of the warehouse.

This is a full-time, permanent position working on a 4 on 4 shift pattern rotation of days & nights (6am to 6pm & 6pm to 6am).

We’re looking to offer a salary of £31,374 per annum and 23 days holiday (including bank holidays). • Proactively takes accountability for achieving & exceeding customer requirements, driving tasks through to completion.
• Creating an environment in which people want to do their best, inspiring energy and enthusiasm in others to achieve personal and team goals.
• Monitor and motivate Warehouse Operatives performance promoting a good team spirit.
• Positively supporting and confidently communicating all decisions made by management.

• Experience leading a team of warehouse colleagues within a large, fast paced warehouse environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong IT skills, including warehouse systems and Microsoft Office.
