Remote Compensation: $140,000-$160,000 + Bonus

Summary:
Seeking an experienced Life Actuarial Modeling professional with 8-10 years of experience and deep expertise in capital modeling. This role will lead the development, enhancement, validation, and maintenance of actuarial models supporting liability valuation, business planning, capital assessment, and asset adequacy testing. The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on experience with MG-ALFA, GGY AXIS, or Prophet, along with a solid understanding of ALM, cash flow testing, and regulatory reporting.
This position offers the opportunity to partner across actuarial, finance, investment, and risk teams on complex modeling initiatives.
- 8-10 years of actuarial modeling experience within life insurance and annuities.
- Strong hands-on expertise with MG-ALFA, GGY AXIS, or Prophet.
- Deep capital modeling experience, including ALM, cash flow testing (CFT), and asset adequacy testing (AAT).
- Experience with valuation and projection modeling, scenario testing, sensitivity analysis, and model validation.
- Knowledge of STAT, GAAP/LDTI, economic balance sheet applications, and Bermuda regulatory requirements preferred.
- Strong understanding of mortality, lapse, expense, and investment assumptions, asset reinvestment strategies, and economic scenarios.
