Utility Surveyor

NRC WWS LTD is a commercial drainage contractor offering a wide range of solutions including planned maintenance and 24-hour contract cover. Our services include drain jetting, drain relining, precision cutting, chamber profiling, and GDMS surveys. We work with local authorities, highway drainage sites, government agencies, construction sites, utility companies, and more. NRC WWS LTD is committed to managing operations safely and efficiently while protecting the environment and exceeding clients' expectations.

This is a full-time on‑site role for a Utility Surveyor located in Birkenhead. The Surveyor will be responsible for conducting detailed surveys, collecting data, analysing results, and preparing reports. Day‑to‑day tasks include assisting in drainage projects, conducting site inspections using GNSS devices (full training will be provided), and liaising with clients and team members to ensure project requirements are met. The role also involves ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

CSCS cards and any other site certificates and experience are desirable.

• Knowledge of survey techniques and data analysis
• Experience with technical drawing and mapping software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with drainage systems and practices is a plus
