An established and fast-growing structural steel contractor is looking to appoint a hands‑on Site Agent to oversee the delivery of multiple steel projects across the Northwest.

Working with major contractors and blue‑chip clients, this role offers long‑term career progression, autonomy and the chance to lead complex structural steel installations from fabrication through to handover.

As Site Agent, you’ll report to senior management and take ownership of day‑to‑day delivery across several live sites. You’ll lead a team of Site Managers and Supervisors while acting as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders.

• Leading, coordinating and supervising the delivery of structural steel projects on site.
• Managing and supporting Site Managers and Supervisors to ensure safe and efficient working.
• Acting as the primary liaison with clients, consultants and main contractors.
• Ensuring compliance with NEC contract requirements, programmes and documentation.
• Managing Early Warnings (EWNs), Compensation Events (CEs) and supporting pricing / variations.
