Bank / Part-time

Essential Requirements:

* Compassion, reliability, and a commitment to high-quality, person-centred care

* Flexibility to work across a 7-day rota

* Experience supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities, Physical Disabilities, or complex needs is desirable but not essential

The Role:

You’ll support individuals to live as independently as possible in their own homes. This includes:

* Assisting with daily living skills and routines

* Building confidence and independence

* Supporting vocational or meaningful activities

* Providing personal care with dignity and respect
