Job Title
Personal Assistant / Carer
OverviewPersonal assistant required for a friendly and kind 92 year old sight impaired lady in Prenton, CH43. Experience of personal care preferred.
Hours and Pay£12.60 per hour. 6 hours per week times and days to be agreed on interview but mostly weekends. Plus holiday/sickness cover for other carer.
Main Duties- Helping to dress and wash.
- Helping to mobilise.
- Preparing light meals.
- Occasional shopping.
- Conversation.
- Occasional outing.
- Driver essential with own vehicle.
- DBS check will be required.
- Assistant must be honest, trustworthy, and reliable.
- Assistant must respect privacy and maintain dignity.
- Assistant must be enthusiastic and flexible with a caring disposition.
- Assistant must be able to work well independently.
- Assistant is accountable to me in all aspects of work. Always ask what needs are and listen to directions and requests.
