Recruitment Consultant Permanent Division Newcastle Upon Tyne Basic £34,000  Uncapped Commission Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant ready to take ownership of your desk and drive your career forward? The client, a well-established and respected recruitment consultancy with a strong local footprint, is expanding its permanent division and seeking a driven professional to join their Newcastle team. As a Recruitment Consultant in the permanent division, youll be responsible for:
Developing and managing your own client portfolio. Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates. Driving revenue growth through new business development and account management. Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy brief to placement. Working towards individual and team targets with full autonomy over your desk. Were looking for someone who is:
Self-motivated, ambitious, and commercially minded. Confident in building relationships and negotiating with decision-makers. Experienced in recruitment sales, ideally within permanent placements. A strong communicator with a proactive approach to business development. In possession of a full UK driving licence. On Offer Basic salary £34,000 (dependent on experience).
