HGV Technician – Biffa Waste – Brombrough Depot
Joining Bonus: £1,500
Salary: £19.95p/h
Shift Patterns:
Early and Lates rotating each week, Overtime & Call Out Available
Working Pattern:
Monday to Friday (45 hours)

• Maintain and repair all vehicles and waste‑management handling equipment to meet health and safety legislation and DVSA requirements.
• Carry out scheduled preventative service and maintenance inspections to meet Biffa’s operator’s licence commitments.
• Work with a diverse fleet ranging from light commercial vans to 44t articulated specialist assets, gaining technical knowledge and developing your existing skills.

• Full level 3 HGV/PSV apprentice qualification / City & Guilds qualification / NVQ qualification.
• Technician level.
• Minimum of a car/van driving licence.
• HGV licence desirable.
• IRTEC qualification desirable.
