Shift: Monday to Friday - Double Days

We are recruiting for a fast-paced manufacturer and have an opportunity for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer based in Birkenhead. The role requires a multi skilled engineer with either electrical or mechanical bias, ideally holding a minimum Level 3 qualification. The engineer will execute the preventative maintenance plan to ensure equipment reliability, respond quickly to production line breakdowns, collaborate with various departments to minimise downtime, maintain accurate records, ensure compliance with safety standards, and contribute to continuous improvement programs.

All maintenance activities must be documented and completed within agreed timescales while adhering to safety practices.

• Execute the preventative maintenance plan to ensure equipment reliability.
• Respond quickly to production line breakdowns and collaborate with departments to minimise downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure timely completion.
• Adhere to health and safety standards and contribute to safety improvements.
• Participate in continuous improvement programs to enhance equipment performance.

• Engineering qualification (minimum Level
  3).
• Mechanical or electrical bias with experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to diagnose faults and repair equipment.
• Strong commitment to health and safety regulations.
