- Taylor Group are looking for a QA Technician based on the Wirral for one of our growing manufacturing clients. Our client is looking for a detail‑oriented and proactive QA Technician to join the team and ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality. Experience in a manufacturing type industry, familiarity with WMS and NAV dynamics would be advantageous for this position.

• Perform inspections and quality checks on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products.
• Maintain and update quality documentation, inspection reports, and non‑conformance logs.
• Assist in root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Support the development and improvement of QA processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with production, design, and engineering teams to ensure product compliance with internal and customer requirements.
• Ensure adherence to health & safety and quality standards across the manufacturing process.

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is essential.
• Strong understanding of Quality Assurance processes and standards.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Dynamics NAV is advantageous.
• Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem‑solving.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
