Factory operative

Meridian business support is recruiting for Factory operatives for a Company based in Birkenhead area (CH41 postcode).

• Assembling goods, feeding raw materials, and performing tasks on the assembly line.
• Inspecting products for defects, testing, and reporting issues.
• Packing, labeling, and organizing products for shipment.
• Cleaning machines, performing basic upkeep, and reporting faults.
• Adhering to safety procedures and regulations.

• Ability to stand long hours, lift, and handle repetitive motions.
• Previous knowledge of factory production lines.
• Experience in this type of factory operative role, preferably within this industry.
• Friendly and approachable with a good attention to detail.

• Morning shifts:
  Monday‑Thursday 8AM‑5PM / Friday 8AM‑12:30PM – 38.5 hours per week.
• Morning shifts alternate:
  Tuesday‑Friday 6AM‑4PM – 38 hours per week.
• Afternoon shifts:
  Monday‑Thursday 5PM‑10PM – 20 hours per week.
• Afternoon shifts alternate:
  Monday‑Thursday 4PM‑12AM – 30 hours per week.

£12.21 per hour.
