Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer (Multiple roles)
Schedule:
12‑hour shifts, days and nights.
Location:
Wirral.
Salary: £58,000 – £59,000 basic salary + benefits.
Responsibilities- Planned and reactive maintenance across mechanical and electrical systems.
- Diagnosing faults and implementing sustainable solutions.
- Supporting continuous improvement projects.
- Working collaboratively across departments to maintain high standards in safety, quality, and performance.
- Thrives in a fast‑paced FMCG production environment.
- Brings a proactive, solutions‑led mindset.
- Communicates well and works closely with operators, engineers, and leadership.
- Takes pride in their work.
- Recognised engineering qualification (mechanical, electrical or multi‑skilled).
- Experience in FMCG or food manufacturing.
- Strong fault‑finding ability and flexibility for shift work.
