Undertake detailed assessments to identify risks, strengths, and support needs of children and their families, in line with the Supporting Families, Enhancing Futures practice model.

Develop and deliver tailored intervention and care plans to support family stability and child welfare.

Collaborate effectively with partner agencies, ensuring coordinated and holistic support.

Support children and families throughout legal processes, including participation in court work where required.

Ensure accurate and timely case recording, maintaining high professional standards in documentation and communication.
