Compensation

• $70,000 – $80,000

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage full-cycle bookkeeping, including A/P, A/R, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
• Maintain fixed asset records and prepare monthly state sales tax reports.
• Reconcile daily point-of-sale transactions and audit invoices for accuracy.
• Prepare month-end invoicing, A/R, and A/P documentation before the first of each month.
• Coordinate with external accountants on tax filings and financial statements.
• Oversee office operations, vendor relationships, office supplies, and inventory.
• Maintain office procedures and provide administrative support to leadership.

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• 5+ years of full cycle accounting experience .
• Prior office management or administrative leadership experience.
• Experience processing cash, check, and credit card payments.
• Familiarity with accounting software.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
