Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking its next District Shift Leader to participate in a targeted General Manager development plan. You will learn restaurant administration, inventory, vendor orders, cash management, and P&L concepts while preparing for a GM role when available.
Core duties include leading at the home bakery, coaching teams, and supporting other locations in the market. Shifts start as early as 3am, with a focus on quality, safety, and guest experience.
